1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and optionally your company name and website. We also collect API usage logs including endpoints called, response times, and IP addresses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the UniApplyForMe Data service, send transactional emails (email verification, billing receipts), and communicate important service updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. API Usage Data

We log API requests to provide usage analytics in your dashboard and to enforce rate limits. Logs are retained for 90 days. IP addresses are stored to detect abuse and are not shared with third parties.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure. Payments are processed by Yoco and we do not store card details.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
